Eleven Fraunhofer institutes will be showcasing their innovations at this year’s K. These advances include everything from circular design and monomaterials to bio-based films and polyamides made from various production residues. Different material flows will be illustrated in tangible ways in an interactive miniature wonderland of the circular economy.

Messe München will organize the world’s leading trade fair and conference for electronics as a virtual event this year. The current travel restrictions in Europe, which are becoming more stringent, have required a re-thinking of planning. The digital format for electronica in November will give exhibitors the opportunity to book digital trade fair booths. electronica virtual will also provide all customers additional ways to interact and network. A large portion of the conference and supporting program will also be available digitally.

Trade visitors at InnoTrans can look forward to more world innovations than ever before. Exhibitors at the thirteenth edition of the leading trade fair for transport technology in Berlin will present around 250 world innovations. Around 50 startups from eight countries are exhibiting at this year’s EMO Hannover in Hall 6, Stand C11 and F18. "This is now the fourth time that we are running the Startup Area at the EMO. It is a concept which helps to create connections between well-established companies in our industry and up-and-coming technology companies," says Stephanie Simon, who is in charge of organizing the EMO Startup Area on behalf of the VDW. "Our Startup Area is sold out. The strong demand despite a difficult economic situation shows that, together with the VDMA Startup Machine, we have now built up a very good reputation among startups. And they expect good business opportunities from their participation in the EMO," she says happily. In total, almost 80 startups will be exhibiting at the EMO 2025.

The Berlin Exhibition Grounds will once again be the global platform for innovations in rail transport and mobility. This year, occupying an area of 200,000 m² in 42 halls and on the Outdoor Display and Bus Display, over 2,900 exhibitors from 59 countries are displaying their latest products and innovations.
