Retaining skilled workers is still a key challenge in the metal working industry. In order to combat shortages, there is a need for systematic and qualified promotion of young people. This highly topical subject will also be examined during this year's International Exhibition for Metal Working (AMB), which will be held in Stuttgart from 10 to 14 September. The AMB accompanying programme will pay close attention to people as a future driving force for the important industrial sector of metal working. A large number of programme items are aimed at young professionals, business trainees and innovators.

AMB 2022: meeting point for trade partners
The metalworking industry will meet in Stuttgart from 13 to 17 September 2022 at AMB 2022, where business partners from all over Europe will gather once again. WindEnergy Hamburg from 1 to 4 December 2020 goes digital
WindEnergy Hamburg, the leading global trade event, will not be held on the Hamburg exhibition campus this year.
