The ninth edition of Biofach India together with India Organic, is scheduled to be held from 9th-11th November 2017 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, U.P. (Delhi-NCR), India. The event will be held concurrently with the Organic World Congress of IFOAM Organics International which is held every three years in a different country.

Scientists at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) examined 13.000 food components to find out whether they stimulate the reward centre in the brain and make people feel good. Hordenine found in malted barley and beer seems to do the job well.

Biofach goes to Thailand: Biofach South East Asia will become the seventh member of the Biofach family when it opens its doors for the first time at the Impact Exhibition Center in Nonthaburi, Bangkok, from 12 to 15 July 2018. It will take place at the same time as the Natural Expo South East Asia.
