ProSweets Cologne 2017: 3D printing of sweets
On the occasion of ProSweets Cologne and ISM in Cologne, ZDS - the Central College for the German Sweets Industry e.V. - is organising the trade congress "INNOFORUM SWEETS & SNACKS". The aim is to place the focus on the most innovative products, technologies and processes within the sweets and snacks industry and discuss these with industry experts. Federal Minister of Food, Cem Özdemir, to open Anuga FoodTec 2022
Cem Ödzemir, Federal Minister of Food and Agriculture, will open Anuga FoodTec, the international suppliers fair for the food and beverage industry, on 26 April 2022. In the scope of his visit, the Federal Minister will tour the trade fair together with representatives from the organisers of the event, Koelnmesse, and from the DLG (German Agricultural Society) as the event's expert and industry sponsor. ISM 2016 with new theme pavilions
In order to highlight on the themes snacking, to-go offers, breakfast as well as coffee and gourmet products more clearly, own theme pavilions will be introduced at ISM 2016 in Hall 5.2. Various manufacturers are offering an overview and variety of the attractive diverse product groups under the generic terms "Fruit and vegetable snacks", "Jerky, meat and sausage snacks", "Breakfast" as well as "Coffee and tea". The "Cupping Counter" is the centrepiece in the "Coffee and tea" theme pavilion. Here, tea and coffee specialists can be sampled under professional guidance including the opportunity to establish a direct contact to the suppliers. (more…)
