The successful development of the past years of the h+h in Cologne is ongoing. Virtually all of the industry's top companies have already registered. Around seven months before the event, over 300 companies have already confirmed their participation at the coming event. Around 60 per cent of the confirmations are from foreign companies.
Speakers and trend themes
In addition to the comprehensive industry offerings, the target-group specific supporting programme is considered to be one of the key factors of the fair's success. High-quality speakers will pick up on the trend themes of the industry and acknowledged experts will present information and strategies that are tailor-made to meet the trade's needs and which are practice-oriented as well as offering the trade visitor added value so that it is doubly worth visiting the trade fair. The offer will once again be rounded off by a trend fashion show put on by the members of Initiative Handarbeit (Handicraft Initiative), a target group-oriented workshop programme, as well as numerous special activities with artists and various institutions.
At h+h cologne 2016, 399 exhibitors from 43 countries presented their latest products, trends and collections in the areas of knitting, embroidery, crocheting, sewing and other handicrafts, as well as the corresponding accessories, to an international audience. The 14,800 visitors from 68 countries marked yet another chapter in the success story of h+h cologne, which has shown continuous growth in Cologne for over seven years now.

The h+h cologne 2017, International Trade Fair for Creative Handicraft and Hobby Supplies, is being staged in Cologne again from 31 March to 2 April 2017.
