Most recently, in spring 2018, the trade fair association was able to report a total of 566 exhibitors from 28 countries and 13,700 specialist visitors from 41 countries. The declared target: To consistently expand the international character of the trade fair association and to establish it as the leading event for the areas of textile finishing, advertising technology and promotion.
Under the umbrella brand Expo 4.0, the three trade fairs are combining their competences in textile finishing, promotional wear, occupational clothing, advertising technology, digital printing and luminous advertising, digital signage and advertising media, as well as marketing and design.
Ulrich Kromer von Baerle, CEO of Messe Stuttgart, says: "The trade fair association Expo 4.0 has in recent years developed to become an important sector event of international significance. Our previous event partners GMK Fachmessen and WNP Fachmessen see, as we do, a great opportunity for the further development of the format by means of the central control and marketing through the service and foreign network of Messe Stuttgart. As owner and general event organiser, we can fully play to our strengths." The next Expo 4.0 will take place from 30 January to 1 February 2020. However, POS Masters, which has previously participated twice in the event, will not take part in 2020.

Messe Stuttgart to take over Expo 4.0
Messe Stuttgart is strengthening its Industrial Solutions business division with its takeover of the trade fair association Expo 4.0. The TV TecStyle Visions, WETEC and GiveAdays trade fairs, which in the past have already been held as guest events, have now been added to the portfolio of Messe Stuttgart's own events.

Messe Stuttgart taking over ibex in Iran
Messe Stuttgart is continuing to expand its business activities in Iran. A partnership has now been established with ibex, the most important Iranian trade fair for the bakery trade. Messe Stuttgart acquires Turkish subsidiary

Retaining skilled workers is still a key challenge in the metal working industry. In order to combat shortages, there is a need for systematic and qualified promotion of young people. This highly topical subject will also be examined during this year's International Exhibition for Metal Working (AMB), which will be held in Stuttgart from 10 to 14 September. The AMB accompanying programme will pay close attention to people as a future driving force for the important industrial sector of metal working. Precautionary Postponement of LogiMAT 2021 – New Date: June 22–24
LogiMAT, International Trade Fair for Intralogistics Solutions and Process Management, is being postponed until early summer 2021 as a precaution amid the ongoing coronavirus. Event organizer EUROEXPO Messe- und Kongress-GmbH is responding proactively to give exhibitors and partners the certainty they need for long-term planning. Motek/Bondexpo 2020 Ready to Go
Together with the 14th Bondexpo international trade fair for bonding technologies, the 39th Motek international trade fair for automation in production and assembly is gearing up for take-off. Digitalisation will be one of the key issues of the industry highlight from 5 to 8 October 2020, and startup companies will also be provided with a special platform.
