With some 10,000 visitors, the combination of several trade fairs - the interpack alliance events pacprocess India, IndiaPack and FoodPex India and the parallel trade fair drink technology India, held by Messe München - can look back to a much acclaimed première in New Delhi.

The debut of the combined trade fairs pacprocess Tehran, as part of the interpack alliance, and IPAP Printing & Packaging Expo - powered by drupa, has markedly exceeded both exhibitors' and visitors' expectations and also prompted satisfied faces among the organisers Messe Düsseldorf and Barsaz Rooydad Pars Company (BRP).

In 2020 the seven existing EuroShop dimensions (Shop Fitting & Store Design, Visual Merchandising, Lighting, Retail Marketing, Retail Technology, Refrigeration & Energy Management and Expo & Event Marketing) will have another one added to them. This 8th dimension at EuroShop will be called Food Service Equipment.

From 26 to 28 October 2017 the first edition of the trade fair trio comprising pacprocess India, indiapack and food pex India will rank top of the agenda at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre in New Delhi. Forming part of the interpack alliance, this trio is the result of a cooperation between Messe Düsseldorf and the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP).

Pack Print International - the 6th International Packaging and Printing Exhibition for Asia, welcomed a record-breaking 17,452 visitors from 59 countries this year from a wide range of end-user industries. 300 exhibitors from 25 countries showcased the future ready theme of packaging and printing 4.0.

Being held from 14 - 16 November 2017, InPrint 2017 presents the Innovation Awards, to reward product innovations in two categories. With the new Innovation Awards, InPrint 2017 will acknowledge the progression within the industry and will award innovative and forward-thinking entrepreneurship.

EuroCIS 2018 presents its START-UP HUB in Hall 9 of the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre from 17 February to 1 March. There, start-up companies will show state-of-the-art IT systems and solutions for the retail trade.

Shanghai World of Packaging (swop) will introduce, for the first time, the "innovationparc" special zone onsite to highlight innovative packaging machinery and materials from all over the world. An estimated 1,000 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors will attend swop on 7-10 November, 2017 in Shanghai.

pacprocess Tehran, whose debut will be celebrated at Iran's most state-of-the-art exhibition centre, Shahr-e-Aftab (Exhibiran International) from 12 to 15 October, 2017, features a special area called "iCarton" for manufacturers of carton and corresponding packaging media, the German trade fair organizer Messe Düsseldorf announced.

The 4th edition of C-star, to be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre from 26 - 28 April, 2018, bears the motto "Shape the Future of Retail". The international trade fair for solutions and trends all about retail is expected to attract 150 exhibitors and some 8,000 trade visitors.
