Intergastra thus brings together lateral thinkers, visionaries, curious people and established entrepreneurs, the exchange of best practices is encouraged and everyone can benefit. "Restaurant of the future"

The "Restaurant of the future" competition also shows that Newcome addresses future-oriented trends. This year awards will be presented for concepts for outdoor catering. In addition, three companies will be presented who can be pleased with their award of the Intergastra innovation prize.
Background
The Intergastra will take place from 20 to 24 February in Stuttgart. In 2014, the comprehensive exhibition programme on over 100,000 square metres of floor space brought together just under 90,000 visitors and around 1,300 exhibitors from Germany and abroad. The event therefore meets these high expectations, and regularly receives top marks from the exhibiting companies and visitors alike. Kitchen technology and food, ambience and equipment, services, handmade ice cream, beverages and coffee – These are the themes on which the visitors from Germany and abroad obtain information, and are encouraged to think outside the box. The gastronomic heart of Germany beats in the southwest where at the start of the year Intergastra showcases innovations and trends, and provides many opportunities for the exchange of expert opinions and ideas.
Intergastra: Special area “Newcome”
Under the heading "Flying Start for Makers and Doers", the special area Newcome not only answers questions on business start-ups and self-employment at Intergastra in its diverse accompanying programme. Costings, marketing strategies or business issues can also be discussed with industry experts.

Intergastra 2018 with new hall layout
