At SIAL China, Asia's largest food innovation exhibition being held from 16-18 May, 2018 in Shanghai, the SIAL Innovation competition recognizes the most cutting-edge products in the food and beverage industry. SIAL China received a record number of submission for 2018, with more than 600 products vying for the prestigious award.
