Professional visitors will be able to see the Gold, Silver, and Bronze Winners announced during the afternoon of May 16, in Hall E3. SIAL Innovation winning products benefit from media exposure and other marketing and promotion activities.
Furthermore, in cooperation with World Association of Chefs' and China Cuisine Association, five domestic and three international teams will compete to be named Top Chef at "La Cuisine", a one-of-a-kind cooking competition held in Hall W4. This year's competitors will be using fresh and accessible ingredients to reflect the trend towards easy recipes with fresh and nutritious ingredients. With eight expert Judges, teams will be looking to demonstrate their creativity, presentation skills, and ability to create something truly unique and delicious.

At SIAL China, Asia's largest food innovation exhibition being held from 16-18 May, 2018 in Shanghai, the SIAL Innovation competition recognizes the most cutting-edge products in the food and beverage industry.
