CeMAT events are staged by Deutsche Messe in the major growth markets of the world. They are highly effective marketing platforms which enable intralogistics providers to get their products and innovations in front of key buyers in their target countries and regions. Deutsche Messe’s overseas CeMAT events are offshoots of the parent CeMAT show in Hannover, Germany, which ranks as one of the world’s leading trade fair for intralogistics and supply chain management. Starting in 2018, the show will move to a new time slot that will see it co-staged with HANNOVER MESSE every two years. The next CeMAT in Hannover will thus be held from 23 to 27 April 2018.
Overview of the intralogistics industry
The CeMAT show in Hannover covers every area of logistics. Its scope includes energy-saving forklifts and industrial trucks, sophisticated, fully automated handling systems, hoists and aerial working platforms, ingenious rack and warehousing systems, the latest in control systems, logistics IT, and everything in between. Other key highlights include cranes and lifting equipment, access platforms, Auto ID systems, robotic logistics solutions and packaging technology.
The international significance of CeMAT to the global logistics sector is demonstrated by the fact that it has spawned nine regional CeMAT events outside of Germany.
CeMAT SOUTHEAST ASIA
Deutsche Messe and international trade fair company ITE Group are jointly staging the premiere of CeMAT SOUTHEAST ASIA from 2 to 4 March 2017. CeMAT SOUTHEAST ASIA runs parallel to TransAsia Jakarta and ColdChain Indonesia at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition Center (ICE) in Jakarta.
CeMAT EURASIA
Deutsche Messe stages CeMAT EURASIA annually as part of the WIN Eurasia Automation tradeshow cluster in Istanbul. Formerly billed as “Materials Handling EURASIA,” the show will be known as CeMAT EURASIA from 2017 on, thereby featuring more explicitly as a member of the CeMAT family. It will next be staged from 16 to 19 March 2017.
CeMAT SOUTH AMERICA
CeMAT SOUTH AMERICA is staged every two years and premiered in April 2011 at the Imigrantes Exhibition Center in São Paulo, Brazil. It featured 211 exhibitors from 23 countries and attracted 10,300 visitors. The next CeMAT SOUTH AMERICA will take place from 16 to 19 May 2017 in São Paulo.
CeMAT RUSSIA
CeMAT RUSSIA covers every sector of intralogistics with an array of display categories that includes handling and warehousing equipment, packaging and order picking systems, materials handling, workshop equipment, transport technology and logistics systems, software and services for intralogistics, as well as outsourcing solutions. CeMAT RUSSIA 2017 will be held at the Crocus Expo Center in Moscow from 19 to 21 September.
CeMAT CANADA
CeMAT CANADA premieres in Toronto from 25 to 28 September 2017. As well as materials handling, transportation, warehousing and logistics, the show will feature four allied theme areas from Deutsche Messe’s HANNOVER MESSE event.
CeMAT ASIA
Launched by Deutsche Messe in 2000 and staged every October/November at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center (SNIEC) in China, CeMAT ASIA is one of the largest and most important intralogistics trade show in the whole of Asia. CeMAT ASIA 2017 will be held in Shanghai from 31 October to 3 November.
CeMAT INDIA
CeMAT INDIA premiered in December 2007 at the new exhibition center in Bangalore. The trade fair has been held annually ever since, although in 2009 and 2010 it took place at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, before returning to Bangalore. From 2012 to 2015 the event took place as part of the WIN INDIA family of shows in Delhi. The next CeMAT INDIA will be held in February 2018 – in Mumbai.
CeMAT AUSTRALIA
CeMAT AUSTRALIA was launched in May 2015, premiering alongside its established sister show CeBIT AUSTRALIA at Sydney Olympic Park. The next CeMAT AUSTRALIA will also be held in Melbourne – from 24 to 26 July 2018.
INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA
INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA is held in Milan and is a joint venture between Deutsche Messe and Italian market leader Ipack-Ima S.P.A. The show premiered in 2015, running alongside the world’s leading packaging trade fair, Ipack-Ima, from 19 to 23 May. Its exhibition program spans warehousing technology and factory equipment, packaging and assembly equipment, loading technology, complete logistics systems, transport technology, logistics software, transport logistics services and logistical services. The next INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA will be held from 29 May to 1 June 2018 in Milan.
CeMAT worldwide: Nine events outside of Germany

CeMAT RUSSIA 2018 with more visitors
