Both the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Lord Mayor Dr. Ulrich Maly, as well as the Deputy Supervisory Board Chairman, State Minister Dr. Markus Söder, highlighted the successful work of Fleck and Ottmann: “Through their expertise and trusting cooperation, we believe that NürnbergMesse is also very well placed for the future.” Dr. Roland Fleck and Peter Ottmann have been the CEOs of NürnbergMesse GmbH since 2011, and with expected turnover of 250 million Euro this financial year, it is one of the 15th largest exhibition companies in the world.

Nürnberg Messe: Five more years
The Supervisory Board of Nürnberg Messe has confirmed Dr. Roland Fleck and Peter Ottmann as CEOs of Nürnberg Messe for a further five years up to 2021 and thus underlined its trust in the two managers.

BrauBeviale 2020 Special Edition to take place exclusively in digital form
Following extensive discussions and critical observation of the current situation, NürnbergMesse, in close cooperation with customers and partners, has decided not to hold the physical BrauBeviale 2020 Special Edition trade fair as planned and to move the program exclusively to the digital world. The reasons for this are the current national and global developments of the corona pandemic, the rapidly increasing number of infections, and the associated massive restrictions on business travel in companies. Exhibitors and visitors will be able to meet virtually all year round on the digital dialog platform myBeviale.com, where the extensive supporting program BrauBeviale@stage will be online from 10 – 12 November 2020. The Bavarian Government has approved the protection and hygiene concept for exhibitions in Bavaria signalling the go-ahead for the SPS 2020 in Nuremberg from 24 - 26 November 2020.
