Boasting a new name and a broader concept, DMEA – Connecting Digital Health is due to continue the 11-year success story of conhIT. From 9 to 11 April 2019 the focus in Berlin will be on digital health and the entire supply chain in the healthcare system. DMEA will bring health IT companies, institutions, political decision-makers and startups into contact with prospective customers, industry professionals and newcomers.
DMEA provides a comprehensive market overview combined with a wide-ranging program of events and advanced training courses. Its intersectoral approach offers room for new thinking and will permit an in-depth exchange of views, the organizer states. And naturally it will debate all the digital technologies that are having a sustained impact on healthcare. DMEA invites interested members of the health industry to actively shape the program and to speak at the congress on the following topics: Innovative Healthcare IT; Standards and Interoperability as they Apply to Patient Safety and to Innovative Diagnostics and Therapy; EHR– Benefits for Physicians or Benefits for Patients?; Digital Transformation in Nursing – What is the Added Value?; Nursing in the intersectoral and Interprofessional Care Process; The Telematics Infrastructure: Current Situation and Future Prospects; Artificial intelligence for Physicians and Patients: Opportunities and Challenges for Practical Applications; mHealth - The Mobile Revolutions in Productive Operation; IT Security in Medical Care; A Different Perspective: Who will Shape Tomorrow’s Health IT?
