UBM Asia Limited has agreed to acquire the Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong ("RBHK"), Natural & Organic Products Asia ("NOPA"), and Retail Asia Expo ("RAE") events from the Hong Kong subsidiary of US based organiser Diversified Communications. This move further strengthens the company's food and hospitality portfolio.

Restaurant & Bar Hong Kong is Asia's leading fine dining and bar exhibition.
