It's entitled “The Wild Seventies” and will cover approximately 1,000 square metres in Hall 6.0. Here, visitors can get close to vehicles expressing the unique zeitgeist of the 1970s. There will be around 20 exhibits embodying automotive dreams that were realized by tuning firms or by private individuals.
As in 2015, the VDA, the AvD and the ZDK again have a joint IAA stand demonstrating their commitment to classic cars. The people tasked with selecting the vehicles for exhibition were particularly enthusiastic about the rare exhibits with spoilers, which were so popular with many auto fans around 40 years ago.
The stand is designed to be a major attraction for fans of classic cars and offers sufficient seating for visitors to stay a while and admire the exhibits. A varied program of accompanying events will provide additional entertainment.

Special classic car exhibition at the 67th IAA Cars
At the 67th IAA Cars (14-24 September), the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA), the Automobilclub von Deutschland (AvD) and the German Federation for Motor Trades and Repairs (ZDK) will present a special classic car exhibition from 16 to 24 September.

IAA Cars starts with 210 world premieres
