On 12 March, Internorga will se- lect “Germany’s Best Pizza Bak- er”. The winner will take the pres- tigious title and automatically qualify, together with the second and third placed contestants, for the finals of the World Pizza Championship in Parma/Italy. That is where pizza bakers from some 40 nations will compete for the title of “World Pizza Champion”. Other international qualifiers for the World Pizza Championship will be held in Marseille, Melbourne, Moscow and Shanghai. Alongside the exciting competition, visitors can also look forward to an ex- tensive range of workshops – throughout Internorga, from 9 to 13 March 2018, Hall A2 is dedi- cated to the perfect pizza. What are the best ingredients? How long should the dough be left to rest, and what equipment is best and most practical for prep- aration?
