•••8••• Messewelten Die Planung von Routenzügen im innerbetrieblichen Materialfluss ist Thema der VDI-Fachkonferenz „Routenzugsysteme“, die am 17. und 18. März an der TU München veranstaltet wird. Die Konferenz zeigt Routenzugsysteme in der Praxis von Großunternehmen, wie beispielsweise der Automobilin- dustrie und beleuchtet Innova- tionen in diesem Bereich, wie die Digitalisierung der Bewegungsda- ten und Einsatzmöglichkeiten für automatisierte Routenzüge. Als besonderen Bonus erhält jeder Teilnehmer den Gründruck der neuen VDI-Richtlinie 5586 „Rou- tenzugsysteme“ gratis. Fachkonferenz Routenzugsysteme Die EuroCIS, Technologiefachmes- se für den Handel, hat eine neue Bestmarke gesetzt. An den drei Messetagen Ende Februar wur- den rund 10400 Fachbesucher ge- zählt, das entspricht einem deutli- chen Besucherplus von insgesamt 18 Prozent im Vergleich zum Vor- jahr (2015: 8782). 411 Aussteller aus 29 Ländern auf 10800 Quadratmetern netto Aus- stellungsfläche nahmen teil (2015: 320 Aussteller / 9 130 Quadrat- meter netto). Das internationale Fachpublikum reiste aus insge- samt 87 Ländern nach Düsseldorf. Die nächste EuroCIS findet im Rahmen der EuroShop 2017 vom 5. bis 9. März 2017 in Düsseldorf statt. Visitors to the 14th International Trade Fair for Distribution, Materials Handling and Information Flow will be able to acquire a foretaste of the prod- ucts, solutions and different ap- proaches. Many exhibitors from right across all segments in the sector will be addressing the mega trends of Industry 4.0 and the Internet of Things, in their presentations. “The two mega trends, plus e- commerce, are the main drivers in business and solutions develop- ments in intralogistics,” explained Peter Kazander, Managing Di- rector of EUROEXPO Messe-und Kongress-GmbH, Munich, the organiser of LogiMAT 2016. “They are identified as key projects with importance for the future and they will be shaping develop- ment cycles for some time to come.” LogiMAT is seen as a trend barometer, an information platform for customer relations and as an important working show, explains Kazander. “Many trade visitors come along to Stutt- gart with a specific intention to invest – and they benefit from the comprehensive display on show here of all the latest develop- ments for efficient intralogistics.” The showcase of intralogistics so- lutions is being presented by over 1,200 international exhibitors (plus ten per cent) from 32 countries. In 2016, for the first time, LogiMAT will be taking up all eight halls – 95,000 square metres of exhibi- tion space (plus twelve per cent) – at the Stuttgart exhibition centre located right by Stuttgart Airport, thus underpinning its strong posi- tion as the biggest annual intralo- gistics trade fair in Europe.
