Die Anlage verfügt im Vergleich zum Standardmodell um einen 3-Achs-Roboterarm, der die Bestückung dreidimensionaler Schal- tungsträger ermöglicht. Dafür kön- nen mehrere der dreidimensional zu bestückenden Schaltungsträger auf einen Werkstückträger platziert wer- den. Innerhalb der Anlage können die Bestückköpfe die Schaltungsträger aufnehmen und dem Roboterarm übergeben. Der Werkstückträger durchläuft dabei die Anlage wie eine gewöhnliche Leiterplatte. Zusätzlich besteht bei der Anlage die Möglich- keit einen oder mehrere Dispensköp- fe auf die sechs Bestückköpfe zu rüsten, um Lotpaste oder elektrisch leitfähige Kleber aufzubringen. Dies ermöglicht zwei Prozesse mittels nur einer Anlage zeiteffizient durchzufüh- ren. access to the digital warehouse.
