•••9••• Messewelten A strong platform for the aftermarket 3,000 square meters: NUFAM expands its “Workshop, Parts, Accessories” thematic area T he exhibitors at NUFAM pre- sent everything for commer- cial vehicles workshops, the lat- est trends in interior furnishings for vehicles, and a diverse array of parts and equipment suppli- ers. The “Workshop, Parts, Ac- cessories” thematic area is larger in 2017: on an exhibition area of 3,000 square meters (compared to 2,000 square meters in 2015), visitors can acquire a comprehen- sive overview of the latest prod- ucts for workshop equipment, the parts trade, and accessories. NUFAM thus positions itself as a strong platform for the commer- cial vehicles aftermarket. Leading companies as partners for com- mercial-vehicles workshops and specialists for vehicle parts, ex- perts in the area of lighting tech- nology or wheel alignment are only a few examples of the broad spectrum of exhibitors in the “Workshop, Parts, Accessories” area, which was newly grouped in 2015. Other major brands from commercial vehicles technology and the field of axles and vehicle parts are likewise represented at NUFAM. Personnel at these stands advise workshop opera- tors and vehicle manufacturers about the current selection and the latest developments in the in- dustry. Safety and safeguard In addition, visitors at the stand of Germany’s Federal Office for Goods Transport can learn about the De-Minimis promotional pro- gramme: De-Minimis promotes road-haulage companies that undertake measures to enhance safety and safeguard the envi- ronment. The commercial vehi- cles aftermarket is also present beyond the exhibition area. With the “Wort & Werkstatt” jour- nalism prize, which is conferred on the first day of the trade fair (Thursday, 28 September 2017), the exhibitors honour high-qual- ity journalism about themes re- lated to workshops for automo- biles and commercial vehicles. Furthermore, GVA (Gesamtver- band Autoteile-Handel) convenes a session of its “Truck and Trailer Trade” workgroup in the context of NUFAM. Auf unserer weltweit größten, bis 2700 mm breiten Breitband- beschichtungsanlage werden Jahr für Jahr viele Millionen Quadrat- meter Aluminium Coil und Alu- miniumbleche mit hochwertigen Lacksystemen im Coil-Coating- Verfahren beschichtet und welt- weit geliefert. Coil von 1700 mm bis 2700 mm und von 0,5 bis 2,0 mm können auf unserer Anlage bearbeitet werden. Nach einer nass-chemi- schen chromfreien Vorbehand- lung und Reinigung werden die Coil rückseitig mit einem Haft- lack beschichtet und sichtseitig mit einem Decklack auf Polyes- ter-, Acryl- oder PVDF-Basis la- ckiert. Die Polyesterlacke gehören zu den hochwetterfesten Systemen bei gleichzeitig hoher Verformbar- keit und Flexibilität. Besonders UV-beständig und noch resisten- ter ist die PVDF-Beschichtung. Mit Acryllacken können wir in einem Coil-Coating-Durchlauf bis zu 60 μm Schichtdicke auftra- gen. Solche Coatings eignen sich besonders bei Anwendungen, bei der hohe Schichtdicken erwartet werden. Ein Beispiel sind Fahr- zeugdächer für den Busbau. Seit diesem Jahr kann KSI nicht nur die Lackierung liefern, son- dern auch das dazu nötige hoch- wertige Rohmaterial, wenn nötig sogar getafelt und kommissioniert für den Endkunden.
