••• 14••• Messewelten “Tailored to local market” LogiMAT China 2019 will take place in Shanghai in April T he fifth edition of LogiMAT China 2019 will take place for the first time at Shanghai New In- ternational Expo Centre (SNIEC) in Shanghai from 15 to 17 April 2019. The event is jointly organised by EUROEXPO Messe- und Kongress- GmbH and Landesmesse Stutt- gart GmbH; Nanjing Stuttgart Joint Exhibition Ltd. acts as a co- organiser. Focusing on intralogistics and in- telligent warehousing under the motto “Intelligent, Efficient, In- novative”, LogiMAT China repre- sents an integrated international, professional, market-oriented and high-end platform for innovative products, systems and solutions for the intralogistics industry in compliance with high standards, in high quality and at a high level. Through the initiative “Made in China 2025”, China, as the world’s second-largest economy is mov- ing quickly to modernise its indus- try and infrastructure and usher in the era of smart logistics. Exhibitors will include the Chi- nese offices of many leading man- ufacturers. “The intralogistics solutions presented at LogiMAT China will be tailored to the spe- cific needs of the local market. This will attract a large number of high-level buyers,” said Peter Kazander, Managing Director of EUROEXPO Messe- und Kongress- GmbH. “At the same time, it will enhance the global visibility of the LogiMAT brand while also draw- ing more exhibitors and visitors alike from China to Stuttgart.” Larry Chen, Project Director of LogiMAT China, said at the press conference that 2019 would rep- resent a crucial year for LogiMAT China: “After four successful years of LogiMAT China in Nanjing, we have decided to move the show to Shanghai for the first time in April 2019. Our exhibitors and visi- tors have high expectations. We are ready to meet those expecta- tions in April,” stated Mr. Chen in his opening statement. “We are seeing a very positive response among our exhibitors. We are de- lighted that many international exhibitors who know the high quality of LogiMAT in Germany are also signing up to join Logi- MAT China in Shanghai.” LogiMAT China 2019 will be co- located with transport logistic China, a new, one-stop B2B plat- form of intralogistics solutions and logistics services over 40,000 m 2 of exhibition space, with over 400 exhibiting brands and an esti- mated 12,000 visitors. Februar 2019 von 13:00 bis 14:15 Uhr, Forum B, Halle 3) berichten Experten von Unternehmen und der TU München über Innova- tionsstrategien und deren Umsetzung in der Bran- che. Ob künstliche Intelligenz, Robotics oder Autono- misierung: Die Digitalisierung durchdringt die Intralogistik immer weiter. Damit bieten sich neue Chancen, Geschäftsmodelle und analoge Abläufe weiterzuentwickeln. Doch ab wann lohnt sich Auto- matisierung und wo liegen ihre Grenzen? Die Exper- ten diskutieren über ihre positiven wie negativen Er- fahrungen mit automatisierten Prozessen ebenso wie über die neuen Herausforderungen für die Intra- logistik in der Digitalen Transformation. Das L adung s s i che r ung s - Event auf der LogiMAT 2019 hat sich zum Ziel ge- setzt, Wissenslücken zu schließen, Zusammen- hänge und Abhängigkei- ten an verschiedenen Beispielen und Expona- ten aufzuzeigen. Die Marktführer für Fahr- zeug-Aufbauten treiben das Thema voran und bauen Transportfahrzeuge, die die Ladungssicherung vereinfachen. Die Kosten amortisieren sich durch Zeitersparnis und höhere Sicherheit. Auf der Event- fläche finden Besucher Ladungssicherungs-Systeme für den Transport von Gütern mit dem Lkw, dem Kleintransporter und dem See-Container. Ein Exper- ten-Team beantwortet Fragen.
