•••3••• Branchennews Kälte-Klima-Konjunktur Umfrage des VDKF Um ein Bild von der derzeitigen und zu erwartenden Situation in der Kälte-, Klima- und Wärmepumpenbranche zu erhalten, führt der VDKF (Verband Deutscher Kälte-Klima-Fachbetr iebe e.V.) in jedem Jahr eine Konjunkturumfrage unter Käl - te-/Klima-Fachbetrieben durch. Neben Fragen zur Betriebsstruktur, zu Tätigkeitsbereichen, Materialpreisen und zur Geschäftslage wurden auch die Bereiche Kältemittel, Förderungen und Wärmepumpen betrachtet. Die ausführ l ichen Ergebnisse zur diesjährigen Umfrage wurden in den Ausgaben der „VDKF Information“ 5-6 und 7-8 veröf fentl icht (zum kostenlosen Download: www.vdkf.de/vdkfinfo). Nachfolgend finden Sie eine Auswahl der Umfrageergebnisse. 47 % der teilnehmenden Unternehmen gaben an, 2023 einen Jahresumsatz bis 2 Mio. € erwirtschaftet zu haben. 14 % erzielten einen Umsatz von über 2 Mio. und weitere 29 % von über 5 Mio. €. Im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Wirtschaftsbereichen wird die aktuelle Geschäftslage in der Kälte- Klima-Wärmepumpenbranche von 71 % der teilnehmenden Unternehmen als „gut“ oder sogar „sehr gut“ bewertet. Nur 29 % bewerten sie als „befriedigend“. Vor allem der Fachkräftemangel führt bei Kälte-Klima-Fachbetrieben zu Einschränkungen im Geschäftsbetrieb. 58 % der Teilnehmenden nannten dies als wichtigsten Grund; 31 % sind von Projektverzögerungen und -einstellungen betroffen. Liefer- (7 %) und Finanzierungsengpässe (4 %) stellen laut Umfrage keine größeren Probleme für die Branche dar. 39 % der Betriebe gaben an, bis zu 10 Mitarbeiter zu beschäftigen. Ebenfalls 39 % gaben an, zwischen 11 bis 50 Mitarbeiter und 18 % mehr als 50 Mitarbeiter zu beschäftigen. Der Auftragsbestand inWochen ist ein Indikator für die künftigen Umsätze eines Unternehmens. Im Vergleich zur vergangenen Konjunkturumfrage hat sich der Auftragsbestand der Kälte-Klima-Fachbetriebe von 15 auf 13 Wochen reduziert. Die aktuelle Auslastung der Betriebe liegt bei 94 %; die in den kommenden zwöl f Monaten erwartete Auslastung sinkt geringfügig auf 90 %. Vor dem Hintergrund der novellierten F-GaseVerordnung nimmt die Bedeutung der alternativen Kältemittel Kohlendioxid, Propan und Ammoniak zu. 36 % der Fachbetriebe sind bereits heute in der Lage CO2-Anlagen zu installieren und zu warten, 53 % beherrschen den Umgang mit Propan und 11 % haben das erforderliche Know-how im Umgang mit Ammoniakanlagen. Special presentations Exciting innovations, exceptionally presented This year’s Chillventa is devoted to many highly topical issues. Representatives of the skilled trades will benefit from the fact that Chillventa not only covers the entire refrigeration, AC, ventilation and heat pump technology supply chain at the exhibitor stands but also imparts practical knowledge that can be implemented in their day-to-day business operations. Alongside individual exchanges with experts at the stands and the around 200 talks in the four specialist forums, two special presentations this year are set to impress with their highcalibre content. Special presentation: “Refrigerant loss and no leak found! How it works” Visitors are sure to be inspired by this special presentation by the German Federal Col lege of Refr igeration and Air Conditioning Technology, consisting of a combination of basic background information on the physical/technical context and informative live experiments on locating refrigerant leaks. In Hall 4, Stand 4-411 at 10:00, 12:30 and 15:00 on all three days of the fair, various sizes of capillary leaks will be positioned in a basin of water to illustrate different leakage rates. This enables the mathematical approach to be immediately confirmed in the experiment. The presentation will also explore various testing options offered by a functioning leak detectors and how to use them. A leak detector is an essential component for successfully locating leaks and test leaks or test gases can be used to verify it is working properly. Speakers from the German Federal College of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology will also provide basic background information on the physical / technical context. Special presentation “AIT Heat Pump Innovation Lounge” The AIT (Austr ian Institute of Technology) has been conducting research into heat pumps for over 25 years and has been looking intensively at high-temperature heat pumps for around the last ten years. The AIT’s experts will provide interesting insights and their latest research findings at the “AIT Heat Pump Innovation Lounge” in Hall 4A, Stand 4A-319. The topics covered include the optimisation of heat pumps and their use in industrial drying processes and as a substitute for gas boilers in residential buildings. The presentation will include approaches that simultaneously consider technical, ecological and economic aspects, new concepts that reduce the energy requirement for industrial drying and dehydration by around 60%, and solutions for converting residential and office units to climate-friendly heating systems.
