The systems are automatically fed with products via an airlock. This is precisely adjusted to the carton sizes to prevent ice formation in this area, together with Munters® air dehumidifiers. After shock-freezing, the frozen products are automatically transported away. The BoxFreezer, one of AATFREEZING‘stop-of-the-lineproducts,hasathroughput of three to 30 tonnes per hour. The Small BoxFreezer, another best-seller, covers the range from 100 kg to two tonnes per hour, but its modular design can be expanded at any time. After some adjustments, the products are now also suitable for industry standard 4.0 (digital solutions to significantly increase availability and avoidmechanical damage altogether). The Small BoxFreezer can also beequippedwith its own foundation, and thus canbe relocated at any time. This offers enormous flexibility in the positioning of the unit. If desired, the package of the ‚SBF‘ can also be supplemented by a mobile cooling unit. In addition to the BoxFreezer and the Small BoxFreezer, theportfolioalso includes fully automatic conveyor systems, that complete all steps from sorting to palletizing of the frozen products fully automatically.
