Kunden können mit Dacapo eine Rahmenvereinbarung abschließen. Dacapo kauft das Material, finanziert dies und lagert es für den Kunden ein. Im Rahmenvertrag werden Mengen, Preis und Laufzeit festgehalten. Während dieser Laufzeit kann die Entwicklung des Kontrakts leicht auf Dacapo.com nachverfolgt werden. Mit dem Dacapo C-Stock, kann Material ohne Kapitalbindung im Kundenlager oder an der Baustelle gelagert werden. Alle benötigten Artikel sind so direkt verfügbar. Kunden können mehr als 6000 3D-Modelle in verschiedenen Formaten kostenlos herunterladen und 2D-Zeichnungen mit allen relevanten Informationen aller Fittings einsehen. Um Zeit einzusparen unterstützt Dacapo z. B. EDI oder Punchout. Kunden müssen die Bestellung so nur im eigenen ERP-System generieren.
