In addition to the papers being given by prominent speakers, from 18 to 20 September the programme will also feature some fascinating panel discussions and numerous networking events. The topics to be dealt with by the participants in this conference include the digitisation of business and society, its importance for commercial cleaning, and its impact on this sector, as well as the challenges that the industry will face in the future. The programme of papers will focus on the effects on people, staff and customers alike, and on automation. The venue will be Hall 7 on the Berlin Exhibition Grounds (Berlin ExpoCenter City). The WFBSC Congress will be officially opened by EU Commissioner Günther Oettinger (opening event at 9 a.m. on 18 September, Hall 7).
The WFBSC programme also includes popular sightseeing tours of some of Berlin's main attractions such as the Museum Island and the palaces of Potsdam. Culture and history, entertainment and shopping opportunities are available as outstanding additions to CMS. After a day of intense activity at the trade show and congress there is also a wide choice of evening and night-time entertainment in Berlin, one of the world's most vibrant cities. Registration for the 22nd WFBSC Congress is available at a preferential rate until 27 July 2017.

CMS Berlin 2017: WFBSC Congress for the first time in Berlin
This year the WFBSC Congress - the world's leading conference for the cleaning sector, is being held in Berlin for the first time. Parallel with the international trade show for the cleaning sector, CMS Berlin 2017 (19-22 Sept.), the WFBSC (World Federation of Building Service Contractors) Congress will focus on the subject of 'Cleaning in a Digital World – Processes, People, Technology'.
