The Engineers and decision-makers of well-known car manufacturers and Tier 1, 2 suppliers from China and other countries across the world will gather together at AMTS 2018, it is expected to attract 80,000 professional visitors, with about 800 exhibitors, and the exhibition area will be more than 100,000 square meters.
AMTS 2018 will focus on its role as a one-stop platform for the “Design, R&D, Manufacture, and Production” of automobiles with over 20 theme zones. A new EVTech Zone will be opened that consists of the DesignTech Zone, the Material and Lightweight Zone, the AL Engineering Zone, the Carbon Fiber Engineering Zone, the TechShow Zone and the Autopilot & IoT Engineering Zone.
Apart from traditional manufacturing, the focus lies on the future auto development, especially in the innovative auto engineering technology and applications. It will exhibit technologies and applications like car body stamping, connection and painting, powertrain machine engineering, assembly and testing, automobile material and design, development and trail production, assembly and testing, quality control, core parts processing, digitalization and smart factories.

AMTS Shanghai will use ten halls for its 2018 edition
The 14th Shanghai International Automotive Manufacturing Technology & Material Show (AMTS), leading exhibition for automotive engineering in China, will be held from 4 to 7 July 2018 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center using ten halls for the first time.

New Reed Exhibitions joint venture in Shanghai
