Growing aluminium market: India’s industry is adding capacities and investing in new technologies to satisfy the rising demand from sectors like transport and construction.
To the tune of 100 exhibitors are expected to feature at Aluminium India 2019. The trade fair covers the complete spectrum from raw materials through processing to finished products for the user industries. The “7th International Conference on Aluminium” (INCAL), organised in parallel by the Aluminium Association of India, will come under the heading of "Making Aluminium ... Driving Growth and Development". A total of 800 aluminium experts are expected to attend INCAL 2019 in order to discuss new technologies, business opportunities, downstream perspectives and new aluminium applications.

“The combination of Aluminium India and INCAL 2019 offers top prerequisites for know-how and technology transfer among international and regional producers, processors and technology vendors,” says Olaf Freier, Event Director for ALUMINIUM at trade fair organiser Reed Exhibitions, and goes on to say: “I am very pleased with the cooperation with the Indian Aluminium Association. Both events are perfectly timed since India’s growing demand for semi-finished goods in the various application industries generates demand for international technology for installing new production sites.”

The first Aluminium India was held in Mumbai in 2008. It is one of the in total six aluminium trade fairs organised by Reed Exhibitions around the globe. In addition to the ALUMINIUM World Fair in Germany (Düsseldorf) there are events in China (Shanghai), the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), the USA (Nashville) and Brazil (Sao Paolo).
