The area occupied by interlift 2017 will grow by about 2,000 to 44,000 m², states the organizer AFAG Messen. Furthermore, it will become more international. It is estimated that Lift companies from 46 countries – three more than two years ago – will present their innovations in Augsburg at the interlift 2017.
More interesting numbers coming from the organizer, that show this trend: Seven percent of the exhibitors are there for the first time or are taking part again at the worldwide leading forum of the branch after an interlude. Moreover, the quota of new and returning exhibitors is thus currently somewhat higher than at the interlift 2015. As shown by the assessment of the traded in guest tickets at the interlift 2015, the visitors came to Augsburg from almost 100 countries.
VFA forum interlift'17
The VFA forum is the communciation platform of interlift organized by VFA-Interlift e.V.. The programme is already arranged: 42 specialist lectures in the VFA forum from home and abroad augment the trade fair activity. Many exhibitors and visitors also make their trade fair plans dependent on the interlift VFA forum lecture programme. Industry 4.0 and Internet of Things IoT are topics important to the world of lifts, and numerous interesting lectures on all four trade fair days reflect this. The role of lift technology in the continuous growth of the megacities is examined in two lectures, and the listeners can obtain information about international activity and the latest figure-data-facts of the lift markets in Europe, Asia and particularly in China, as well as about the home lift segment on the Italian market.
The interest in the top-class further training platform is constantly increasing, and thus over 2,000 forum visitors can certainly be reckoned with again this trade fair year. Incidentally: listening is free. All lectures will be interpreted simultaneously from German to English or English to German.
