With its special topic “Sensor and Measuring Technology for Process Automation", the Sensor+Test 2019 addresses the increased demands in one of the trade fair’s central areas of application. Sensor+Test will take place from 25 to 27 June 2019 in Nuremberg.Process automation traditionally is a core field of application at Sensor+Test that has steadily gained in importance for the industry at large. The continued focus here is on the area-wide networking and digitalization of sensor and measuring technology as called for by Industry 4.0.

26 June 2018For the first time, a cost-efficient and compact measurement system that conducts real-time measurements of the thickness of multi-layer systems has been developed by the Fraunhofer Heinrich Hertz Institute HHI.
