The international Biennial presents the latest technologies and trends in design, lighting and architecture. Jointly organized by Messe Frankfurt Argentina and the Argentine Chamber of Electronic, Electromechanical and Lighting Companies (CADIEEL), the trade fair will host around 300 exhibitors and will be visited by an estimated 30,000 entrepreneurs and professionals. The exhibition will have several events worth noting, such as a wide range of academic activities including seminars, product presentations and technical lectures, and an emphasis on renewable energies in line with the declaration of 2017 as "the year of renewable energies" by the Argentine government. The goal is to boost the sector’s growth, which has great potential in our country.
The event has a prestigious Technical Committee composed by representatives from the main entities in the field, which is in charge of scheduling the lectures and selecting the experts. Proposals this year will follow three main axes: Electric Power, Lighting Efficiency, and Electric Safety. Distinguished national and foreign speakers from both the public and the private sector will offer training, lectures, presentations and debate rounds. Within the first block, Electric Power, there will be room for the analysis of the current state of renewable energies in our country, with the presentation of examples and experiences across different provinces. On the other hand, exhibiting companies will have their space to offer technical conferences and product demonstrations to present the latest advances in the sector.
The activities will be carried out in the Pabellón Blanco (white pavilion) of La Rural Trade Center. They are free of charge and do not require prior registration. Available seats will be subject to the room’s capacity.

New trends: BIEL Light + Building in Buenos Aires
Close to 300 companies are preparing for the main meeting of the electric, electronic and lighting industry in Latin America: BIEL Light + Building Buenos Aires. This new edition will be held from September 13th to 16th, 2017 in the La Rural Trade Center.
