Chillventa 2018 to focus on IoT and eco design

Chillventa will once again provide an overview of the industry in 2018, with components, systems and applications for refrigeration, air conditioning, ventilation and heat pumps. The exhibition and congress this year focus on subjects such as the Internet of Things, IT security for refrigeration plants and eco design.

The Chillventa Congress on 15 October will provide experts with an insight into the latest industry topics of interest.
Further topics include implementing the 42nd Ordinance under the Federal Immission Protection Law (BImSchV), current climate goals, recovery and reprocessing of refrigerants, efficiency through controls, innovation in heat transfer, air conditioning of data centres, heat recovery, and system solutions for cold water.

As well as the innovations at exhibitor stands, there will once again be fascinating special presentations on hygiene in air-cooled heat exchangers and tours for trainees. The Chillventa Congress on 15 October will provide experts with an insight into the latest industry topics of interest. Prominent international speakers will share knowledge from R&D and actual practice, and will look at the latest underlying political conditions.

Chillventa will take place on 16-18 October, 2018, in Nuremberg.

Trade fair highlights of Chillventa 2022

The world’s leading trade fair and congress for refrigeration technology is renowned among key global players and specialists from the refrigeration, AC, ventilation and heat pump segments as a knowledge platform with a comprehensive, high-calibre supporting programme. Chillventa will resume in Nuremberg in 2022, with a virtual event in 2020!

In view of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic and its effects on the global economy, NürnbergMesse has decided in agreement with the Exhibition Advisory Board not to hold Chillventa 2020. “This wasn’t an easy decision,” says Petra Wolf, Member of the Management Board of NürnbergMesse. “To gauge the mood of the industry, we carried out an extensive survey of the more than 800 exhibitors from around the world who registered for 2020 and all the visitors who attended Chillventa 2018. The results informed our decision to cancel Chillventa for this year,” she adds. (more…)

Chillventa: New collaboration

The organisers of Chillventa, the leading exhibition for refrigeration, AC, ventilation and heat pumps, and China Refrigeration, the key event in China for HVAC&R, have agreed to work more closely together from 2016. The aim is to develop common trade fair themes internationally and establish them in the respective markets. The idea for this initiative was prompted by the longstanding business relationship between the two parties. The concept for the partnership is based on a comprehensive marketing mix that will once again focus on "Connecting experts". (more…)

With 15 specialized exhibitions, NürnbergMesse India has been "well established after only 5 years", NürnbergMesse reports. The expertise in organizing international trade exhibitions such as Biofach, Euroguss, it-sa, Powtech and Chillventa in Nuremberg can be seen as "the backbone of the success achieved in India".
