The trade fair’s focus will be on the market of the host nation Russia at the trade fair, which will take place from June 5 to 8, 2018. The latest economic signals from the world's largest country in terms of area are positive. For example, the Association of European Businesses (AEB) reported in February 2018 that 45 percent more construction machinery was sold in the Russian Federation last year than in 2016. Many important international companies have already confirmed their participation as exhibitors at bauma CTT RUSSIA 2018. China, Germany, Finland and Italy will also be represented with joint pavilions at the IEC Crocus Expo in Moscow.
For the first time in the history of the CTT trade fair, which has been held annually since 2000, there will also be a demonstration area this year. On the 3,000 square meter site, manufacturers of mobile construction machinery will have the opportunity to demonstrate their power packs in action. Another premiere: For the first time this year, the fair will be supported by the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Municipal Services. In this context, Minister Mikhail Alexandrovich Men will take part in the opening ceremony of bauma CTT RUSSIA. bauma CTT RUSSIA, international trade fair for construction equipment and technologies, is the largest industry event for the sector in Russia with an exhibition area of 61,000 square meters. The last bauma CTT RUSSIA in June 2017 attracted 557 exhibitors from 30 countries and 20.000 participants mainly from CIS countries (Commonwealth of Independent States). The exhibition takes place every year: the 19th event will take place in the IEC Crocus Expo in Moscow from June 5 to 8, 2018.
