This will also be reflected at Auto- matica 2018. Hybrid robots, co- bots, dual-arm robots as well as new four- and six-axis kinemat- ics are paving the way for smart production concepts. Mean- while, the global average in the manufacturing industry has reached a new record, the Inter- national Federation of Robotics (IFR) reported in its latest mar- ket study.
