The event is part of an extensive programme of additional events (including congresses), which has been compiled to satisfy the requirements of the entire indus- try and will be combining theory and practice in an ideal way. The GIFA Conference, the special show organized by the National Association of the German Found- ry Industry/BDG, is another estab- lished point on the agenda that has already been arranged. From 25 to 29 June 2019, the four technology trade fairs GIFA, ME- TEC, THERMPROCESS and NEW- CAST are being held in Düsseldorf again. At the “Bright World of Metals”, everything will be revolv- ing around foundry technology, metallurgy, thermo process tech- nology and castings in Halls 3 to 5 and 9 to 17 on the exhibition site. The range presented at GIFA 2019 covers the entire market for foundry plants and equipment, die-casting machines and melting operations. “The Bright World of Metals” returns in June 2019.
