Solutions for the future of building will be pre- sented by experts from around the world in the BAU forums A4, C2 und B0. The forum “Architect and In- dustry in Dialog” in Hall A4 exa- mines the role of the architect now and in the future. The forum has two parts. BAU is organizing the morning and afternoon ses- sions. Every day between 11:00 and 14:00 there will be an exciting exchange on the latest topics be- tween architects and manufactur- ers in the construction industry. The “Building the Future” Forum in Hall A4 will present practical in- ternational and interdisciplinary research projects for building the future. Prominent speakers will give insights into their research activities: What will the smart building of the future look like? What factors is the industry fo- cusing on? The forum “The Future of Build- ing” in Hall C2 will once again host renowned planners, architects and structural engineers, who will present project examples to explain how design and construc- tion is going to work in the future. Daily changing current topics will be presented, with focus on smart building materials, Building Information Modeling (BIM), resi- dential building or emerging mar- kets. “From vision to reality”: Three in- stitutions are collaborating with one another in Forum B0: The Federal Ministry for the Environ- ment, Nature Conservation, Build- ing and Nuclear Safety, Fraun- hofer Allianz Bau and the Federal Working Group for Rehabilitation (BAKA). The Federal Ministry will hold a series of lectures in which it will report on research and funding initiatives as well as po- litical objectives and legal foun- dations. Fraunhofer Allianz Bau, which consists of 14 institutes, will present some of its research work based on concrete projects. Another focal point in this forum is the modernization and mainte- nance of buildings. Photo: Messe München Neue Sicherheitssauger von FLEX Steinheim, Januar 2017 – Die FLEX-Elektrowerkzeuge GmbH ersetzt sein bisheriges Sortiment an VCE-Si- cherheitssauger. Die neuen Sicherheitssauger für Baustelle und Werkstatt punkten mit einem erhöhten Volumenstrom von bis zu 4.500 Litern pro Minute. Trotz höherer Effizienz arbeiten die neuen Sauger geräuschreduziert und bieten zahlreiche optimierte Details. Die neuen Sicherheitssauger sind ab sofort im Fachhandel erhältlich. In der Reihe VCE 33 besteht die Wahl zwischen drei Modellvarianten mit je 30 Liter Behältervolumen. Je nach Bedarf sind Modelle für die Staubklassen L oder M optimiert und verfügen über eine manuelle oder automatische Filterabreinigung. Die Reihe VCE 44 mit einem Behältervolumen von 42 Litern hält je zwei Modellvarianten für die Staubklasse L und M, das Modell VCE 44 H AC für die Staubklasse H, sowie das Modell VCE 44 M AC Air für Druckluft-Geräte bereit. Staubfrei und geräuscharm Der höhere Airflow der neuen FLEX Sicherheitssauger trägt zu einer äußerst effizienten Staubbeseitigung bei und leistet damit einen wertvollen Beitrag zu staubfreiem, gesundem Arbeiten. Ein weiteres Plus bieten die reduzierten Geräuschemissionen während des Betriebs und bei der automatischen Filterabreinigung. Diese liegen mit maximal 68 dB (A) im Bereich normaler Gesprächslautstärke und tragen damit zu einer gesundheitsschonenden Anwendung bei. Ein niedrig angesetzter Schwerpunkt sorgt für ein geringes Kipprisiko der Sauger. Die integrierte Schlauch und Kabelaufbewahrung sowie die Kompatibilität mit dem L-BOXX®-System ermöglichen einen sicheren Transport. Kompatible Filter Für Kosteneffizienz sorgt das durchdachte Filtersystem. Die PES-Faltenfilter mit Teflon-„longlife“ Beschichtung sind auf eine lange Lebensdauer angelegt. Zudem ist die Größe der Vlies-Filtersäcke für die Modellreihen 33 und 44 identisch, sodass Betriebe mit mehreren Geräten aus diesen Reihen keine unterschiedlichen Vlies-Einsätze benötigen.
