More than 30 high-level seminars
By the base of the rich exhibition resources of NürnbergMesse Group, CBCE will host a series of professional and authoritative seminars and colorful activities. According to Ms. Zhang Heng, project director of the organizer, CBCE 2017 will have more than 30 high-level seminars and invite more than 30 craft beer leaders and experts, including BA’s CEO Bob Pease from America, Brussels Beer Challenge’s Chairman Luc De Raedemaker, and professors from German-based Doemens, to discuss about topics such as raw materials for craft beer, ingredient preparation, fermentation, storage, filtration, canning, marketing and special brewing techniques.
