Between bakery and sugar worlds - südback 2017



With around 700 exhibitors and numerous visitors from Germany and abroad, südback provides an insight into current trends, showcases innovations and responds to future-oriented questions. In addition to solutions on practical topics, an attractive accompanying programme also awaits the visitors.

On all four exhibition days the visitors can attend exciting events at the Bakers’ Trend Forum (L-Bank Forum, Hall 1, Stand 1D71) and the Confectioners’ Trend Forum (Hall 7, Stand 7E51) with live demonstrations and information on training as well as on new developments.

The official opening and the presentation of the südback Trend Award take place on Saturday morning and mark the prelude to the series of events at the Bakers‘ Trend Forum in the L-Bank Forum, Hall 1, Stand 1D71. With the südback Trend Award special developments with regard to technical innovations, design and concepts are also honoured again this year. The visitors can also get comprehensive information about the award-winning products at stand E020 in the East entrance. The programme at the Bakers‘ Trend Forum, from technical presentations to demonstrations through to clever and new recipe ideas, covers a broad range of topics and has an international presence.
